Do you do the construction work yourselves?
No. BrickPaper is not a contractor. We document, verify and witness the work your contractor does. You choose your own contractor — we make sure they deliver what they promised.
What if my contractor refuses to sign?
That itself tells you something important. Good contractors welcome BrickPaper because it also protects them — from clients who delay payments or change scope endlessly. If a contractor refuses to put their promises on paper, ask yourself why.
Can you force the contractor to pay the penalty?
We document the breach and calculate the penalty per the signed contract, then mediate between both parties. If mediation fails, you receive a complete evidence file — photos, signed milestones, breach reports — for legal action. The signed contract is enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Is the work already started? Can I still use BrickPaper?
Yes — we can document the remaining scope of work and set up milestone payments for the rest of the project. The earlier you start, the more protection you get.

What languages do you work in?
